About NVRA

The NVRA commenced life in 1967, primarly to stop the Hayes bypass coming through Northolt Village and has been successful during the last 44 years in preserving many of the original buildings in Northolt Village.

Plough Campaign

WITH GRATEFUL AND HUGE “THANK YOU” TO EVERYONE THAT HAS SUPPORTED THE CAMPAIGN AGAINST THIS LATESTPROPOSAL.

 

On Wednesday 12th March a group of Northolt Village Residents attended The Ealing Council Planning Committee meeting, with our elected spokesman to lodge our objections to the current proposals by Snap Dragon developers to develop the Plough Land site. The Planning Committee REJECTED the plans of the developers to build on this site, stating over development that would also damage the heritage of the Village area.

HS2 Campaign

HS2 is a proposed high speed rail link between London and Birmingham and various points from there.  The proposed route will go through Northolt, Ruislip and the Chilterns.     There are campaigns by residents along the route to endeavour to stop this going through.
